Your voluntary registration to the application portal and your participation in the assessment trigger the following automated processing of data by ELIGO and d.vinci:

Data utilisation:

For the application process, your data will be compiled, processed and used. For this purpose, all details filled out on the application form will be saved. The anonymous data, which draws no conclusion back to you, will be used exclusively for statistical purposes and for the further development of the application form.

Duration of storage and deletion:

Your data will be saved for the duration of the application process. At the latest, your personal data will be deleted 4 month after the planned entry date. During this storage period, both ELIGO and the Deutsche Post DHL Group can respond to your objections and questions.

You may request that a part or all of your data be deleted at any time. We will act on such requests immediately.

In addition, you are entitled to correct, object, delete or restrict the processing (the limitation for specific purposes) as well as the transferring of your personal data.
